Our Campsite Story
Whispering Pines RV has been a beloved part of Prince Edward Island’s camping community for nearly two decades. Originally established in the early 2000s, the campground became known for its peaceful setting, mature trees, and welcoming atmosphere.
In 2019, SUNSHINE PARK INC. proudly took over the operations and began a new chapter of growth and rejuvenation. Our goal has always been to honor the spirit of the original site while enhancing it for modern families, adventurers, and long-term RV travelers.
Over the years, we’ve expanded to 90+ fully serviced RV sites. We’ve also built 3 cozy cabins and 10+ tent spots to accommodate guests of all camping styles. From a new laundromat and convenience store to an outdoor pool and inflatable bouncy castle, we’ve invested in creating a complete and enjoyable stay for all ages.
We remain a family-operated business that values genuine hospitality, clean facilities, and the simple joy of disconnecting from screens and reconnecting with the outdoors. Many of our guests return year after year — not just for the views, but because they feel like part of our extended family.
